Joseph Digney is a musical theatre performer from Marysville, Ohio who has always loved making people laugh. Raised by a single mom, he grew up learning the value of hard work, resilience, and not taking life too seriously. As a kid, he was the class clown, the one cracking jokes in the back of the room and doing whatever it took to get a smile out of someone.

 

Eventually that instinct to entertain found its way to the stage. What started as a love of making people laugh quickly grew into a passion for storytelling, movement, and live performance. Now studying Musical Theatre at Slippery Rock University, Joseph has developed a strong love for high-energy roles that combine acting, singing, and athletic dance.

 

Offstage, Joseph is usually in the gym, listening to music, watching movies, or spending time with the people who helped him get where he is today. At the heart of everything he does is a simple goal: to work hard, keep growing, and create performances that make audiences feel something, whether that’s laughter, joy, or a little bit of both.
