Joseph Digney is a musical theatre performer from Marysville, Ohio who has always loved making people laugh. Raised by a single mom, he grew up learning the value of hard work, resilience, and not taking life too seriously. As a kid, he was the class clown, the one cracking jokes in the back of the room and doing whatever it took to get a smile out of someone.

He is a now rising senior at Slippery Rock University where has played roles such as Cinderella's Prince/Wolf (Into the Woods) and Weiland (Regional Premier of Astronots) as well as choreographing and directing (9 to 5, The Winters Tail, and No Exit). He has also been greatful to work several professional contracts while at school (West Side Story, Dear Evan Hansen, Cats, and We Will Rock You) He has built a passion for Understudying/Swinging and LOVES a high energy show.

Offstage, Joseph is usually in the gym, listening to music, or spending time with the people who helped him get where he is today. At the heart of everything he does is a simple goal: to work hard, keep growing, and create performances that make audiences feel something, whether that’s laughter, joy, or a little bit of both.
